Question Best Upgrade for me?

Looking to Upgrade something in my system for the next lot of games coming out but I ain't sure what route to take. Currently Have an RTX 2060 with a R5 2600 OC'd, was looking at getting a 2070 super but from watching videos it didn't seem worth the price to upgrade and was also looking at a R5 3600XT but it also didn't seem worth it, Wanting to spend no more than £450 for whatever I decide to upgrade and was just wondering if anyone could steer me in the right direction.

What’s the full pc spec? With new gpu’s and CPU’s due out in the next few months it’s probably best to wait to get the biggest increase for your money.

R2 2600 OC'd, RTX 2060, 500GB SSD, 16GB DDR3, 650W PSU. I assume its best to wait since better hardware would drop into my price range? if so what kinda hardware do you think could drop into that price range?.
