So, I built this media center about a year ago now and it's solid but I have one issue, I can't really enjoy full 1080p videos from YouTube or 1080p movies..I would love to be able to watch 4K since that's what my TV can handle.

My question is, would it be possible to overclock anything to make these things possible, or if not what would I upgrade/add to make them possible

Mobo - ASRock FM2A88X-ITX+

CPU - AMD A4-5300

Ram - 8GB DDR3

GPU - AMD Radeon 7480D (onboard)

CASE - APEX MI-oo8 Mini-ITX

PSU - 250watt

Any suggestion on the best CPU that would better support 1080p 60fps on YouTube along with possibly 4k? Along with suitable psu wattage?

Your integrate graphic core is the problem. It is too weak to decode and output 4K video. The Radeon HD 7480d was designed before 4k video hit the market. But it is fine for 1080p video.

You need a dedicated GPU; a like the Radeon R5 240, but you also need to upgrade the PSU since 250w is too weak. I recommend a minimum of a 300w PSU, but you should get something a little more in case you want to make future upgrades that would need more power.

Alright thanks, accidently marked the wrong best answer but both were good, I've actually been looking at that R5 240 for a while so I guess I'll invest in both that and a good PSU. Thanks again you two.
