Hello I m Jiten. I m from India. I want a strong ups for my 850 watt psu. In our area there are low voltages. Right now i am using 600va ups and this ups is fluctating. my specs are:
mobo- gigabyte g41mt-s2p
graphic card- msi gtx 970
ram- 8gb
hdd- 1tb
cpu- core 2 quad Q8400

Solution
Give that a try.

I believe want a solution that provides the following:
- Low noise (hopefully the inverter is quiet when voltage is out of specs)
- UPS switches to battery only when there's a power outage

yes soon i will try this.

What voltage regulator are you using right now? From the specs, it should work OK; maybe the power rating is too low or it's a low-end one and its power rating is overestimated.

What kind of inverter you want to use? An inverter can give you the same issues as the UPS, as the battery may end up not being charged properly. Of course, with a fully charged battery, the back-up time will greatly increase (a 45Ah battery will give you 5 times the back-up time of the 600VA UPS).

First off all i want to say thank u for helping me. I am Jiten. I am from India and we are facing so much of voltage fluctuations only in summer season.
I have a inverter named microtek inverter. U can search it by google. Inverter battery is EXIDE INVERTER BATTERY PLUS IN 1000. Right now i am using this inverter for my home appliances. My battery is giving backups to my 42 inch led screen, 3 ceiling fan, 4 bar lights. So this back up goes up to 12 hours when line goes. Should fix this with my 600 va ups.

yes u must be right and i will test my inverter. thank u for helping me.

The battery capacity is 100Ah, so by using the UPS + inverter you'll have between 30 mins (gaming) and 6 hours (web browsing) back-up time with only the PC connected.

Microtek has a fairly large product base; is this the one: http://www.microtekdirect.com/upseb_1100va.php?

I don't want enough back up for my pc. I will shut my pc when my line will go. I just want simply not to fluctuate my ups battery :)
