I agree with above poster. However the non M is cheaper and better with more features such as more PCI slots:

You could also go with a GA-H97-D3H if you wanted a bit higher quality but the ASRock is excellent.

I don't like the Anniversary edition board. Quality control on that board has slipped and many come DOA.

Anniversary is the best value but quality lacks due to Asrock producing that board in Vietnam.

I would go with PRO4 or like IntelTurtleFan said you could go with GA-H97-D3H

Not really any other quality boards at that price point except for MSI H97 PC MATE or MSI Z97 PC MATE.

If you wanted to spend a bit more there is the Z97 Gaming 5 from Gigabyte but it has useless features for a non K Intel CPU.
