best video card around $150

Looking for any suggestions on a good graphics card around 150

Im looking for something that is
pcie 16x 2.0 or more
2gb /or more ram
And that is better than my current card.

The new Maxwell technology is quite amazing. The performance that the 750Ti can produce with the small amount of power consumption that it uses makes the card a great option for new builds.

Ok that's awesome cause i was looking into one of those but while looking at cards in the same family i noticed that the 850gtx (i believe it was) was doing the SLI crap. And the way the description read it actually had to be running in parallel with another of almost exact same specs. And i was unable to find any info about if these cards will work at all in a individual set up with only one screen. Anyone know the answer to that? Is SLI a feature or a requirement?
