Best videocard for my system?

What's the best gpu for my system for about ~ $ 130 (including used cards; i can get the hd 7790 for $ 120 for example).

my specs:

Athlon II x4 760k @ 4.7Ghz
fm2a88x extreme 4+ mobo

It has to be better than a gtx 460 768mb which i've got in the system now
