Best Watercooling case

I want to find a good case for my first water-cooling build
Here my few choice for now,
1) Cougar conquer
2) PC-O11 dynamic
3) NZXT H700i

What is the best choice or do me have a other choice?

I would take a stab at the Phanteks Entho Evolv lineup as well as the Fractal Define series. You didn't mention what form factor you're going to build your system and we would also need to know what your watercooling shopping cart looks like, not to mention your full specs.

I am going to build a loop with
GPU + CPU answerable using one 360+240

I think I want a case best for custom loop and better in white colour.

That might largely depend on whether the card is reference PCB design or not. Have you checked https://www.ekwb.com/configurator/ to see if it is or if EK have a block for it? It's a place to start.
