Best way to clean pc without compressed air?

Hi guys i live here in the Philippines.
So i want to clean my computer in the near future because it has no dust filters for intake fans. Here in the Philippines its rare to find a compressed air can and i dont want to buy from amazon and ship it here. So whats the best way to clean pc without compressed air. ( I dont have vacuum) Thanks for the help )

you can use hair dryer with cool air if you have one.

Go to a local garage - they will have a compressor for blowing up tires etc.

You shouldn't use a household vacuum, there's a risk of damaging the motherboard with the tools and vacuums create a strong static charge in the tools and pipes.

Plenty of people use low pressure (under 10 bar) airlines to do this, a garage will have at least one, but be careful! It's easy to dislodge parts and ovespeed the fans, wrecking the bearings, so it's not advised.

If you mainly want to clean out the CPU and GPU heatsinks a long bristled 1/4" paintbrush will work well, but you'll need to remove the fans and heatsinks to do a proper job, so be sure to have some thermal paste available for reassembly.

Case fans are robust enough to clean with the brush but GPU fans are notoriously fragile, they should only be cleaned with a cotton bud held between forefinger and thumb; gentle pressure is vital here!
Dense, stubborn crud can be moistened with a wet cotton bud to soften it and don't forget to clean BOTH sides of the blades.

I have just been using a set of paintbrushes the last few years... probably due for a good clean again but its middle of Winter here so temps aren't a massive problem.
