Your best bet is to contact UPS or FEDEX and ask them what can be shipped, how long it will take and what the cost will be.

I would try listing the phone on http://clicktrans.com/. You will just simply get offers from transport providers that will deliver the phone. Much more comfortable then browsing dozens of pages and checking prices, delivery time etc.
