Question best way to troubleshoot my RAM?

hey guys,

on my bios it says single-channel

on speccy it says dual-channel.

so idk, any suggestions where else i can triple/quadruple check?

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

What is the current RAM configuration? RAM modules installed and RAM slots used?

Key document is the motherboard's User Guide/Manual.

Go to the manufacturer's website. Search for the User Guide/Manual applicable to your motherboard model and revision.
