Best wireless router for a 2,500 sq ft home

Our House is almost 2,700 sq ft. We have 4 wired computers, 4 tablets (2 are Ipads), 4 laptops, X-Box, Playstation, and WII. We have 2 HP on of which is a wireless all-in-one. The other printer is used primarily for pictures. Also I have 6TB NAS system. Also we have 2 Galaxy S3 phone and 2 Iphones. What I really would like to know is what would be the best wireless router for my home.

Our 5,000 sqft office is covered pretty well (wirelessy and wired, more than 40 devices) by Asus RT-N66. Pervious router (NetGear WNDR3500) was just as good (we replaced it because we wanted better QoS management).
