Hello guys i own a i3 4170 with a gtx 750 ti 2gb and i see that the 750 ti is getting worse for gta v bf1 r6 should i get first a gtx 1060 6gb or a i5 7500 ? With ddr4

Solution
A 1060 now and then save up for a used haswell i5/i7, as that will provide the largest graphics increase.
The 4170 is still an okay low-end CPU, but for the games you're trying to play, it's pushing its limits. But being able to run higher quality graphics will take some load off the CPU.
1060 is great GPU for 1080p gaming and upgrading the GPU first will certainly last you for a long time, CPU world goes by really fast and add many new stuff, so GPU upgrade is good for long term.
Good luck!

what are you on about, the 750 ti is still able to run some modern games low to medium but the cpu that he has is terrible,

I would upgrade the CPU to a high end one depending on the budget you have then soon after upgrade the GPU to a 1060 at least

What are you on about? That i3 is not "terrible" and they would see a much greater increase in gaming performance by upgrading the gpu first.

My opinion is CPU first all am saying here...
