Hello,
I want to ask which system to choose and which is better price/perf and overall.

CPU: I5-4690K /3.5G/6MB/BOX/LGA1150
COOLER: CM HYPER 212 EVO
GPU: ASUS STRIX R9380-DC2OC-2GD5-GA
MB: ASROCK Z97 ANNIVERSARY /1150
RAM: G.SKILL 2x4 RipjawsX 1600M C9 F3-12800CL8D-8GBXM

Or

CPU: I5-4460 /3.2G/6MB/BOX/LGA1150
GPU: ASUS STRIX-GTX970-DC2OC-4GD5
MB: ASROCK Z97 ANNIVERSARY /1150
RAM: G.SKILL 2x4 RipjawsX 1600M C9 F3-12800CL8D-8GBXM

I will be using ANTEC EA-550W 80 PLUS Platinum to power up the system i think is perfect for the job.

I will be playing mostly mmorpg games like blade and soul, tera, black desert and also some of the new titles as well on acer 24 v246hlbmd monitor at 1080p resolution

PS: Nothings is bought.

The first system has a better CPU with more overclocking potential than the second system but the second system has a better graphics card. If you're not looking to overclock I would go for the second system

Just a little overclocking with CPU and DRAM, though of course not as much as the 4690K since it is unlocked. But for gaming, the efficient GPU is much more important. 4460 is no slouch either. Actually, you should look into the 4590, it's slightly better and it's on special!

Unless you want to overclock to 4.5GHz+, you won't even notice a difference compared to 4690K.

Edit: I just checked, $10 off, so it's the same price as 4460 (if you are buying from NewEgg)

Yea i get your point.
Is there some better options for mobo on the same price? or this is good enough.

Unfortunately i live in europe no promos and also the prices are bigger.
