I am debating between a R9 380, and a Gtx 960, 4 gb each, which one is more performance for the dollar?

The 380 is better hands down. Also, 4GB 960s tend to be overpriced.

Until the 960 Ti drips (its late), Id have to say the 380 ... tho if you can stretch budget to $280 or above, the 970 is well worth the price increase

This guy makes a argument in favor of the GTX 960. Plus you get a cooler running card with less driver issues.

I know my psu can power a 960 like nothing but is it enough for a 380? It's got 2x6 pins and 2x2pins.
