Better Internet - WORSE PING !!!

Hi. I play League of legends and Paladins. With my previous internet i had 70-80 ms ( 3 mbps / 0.3 mbps ). I changed my Internet - now I am using 4G Modem ( 23 mbps / 4 mbps ). My question is why I am getting worse ping when playing on the better internet??

What was your previous Internet connection? Wired or wireless? Your mention of "4G Modem" makes me think you're using wireless Internet, which is almost always a worse option than wired, even if it is labeled as faster.

Internet speed doesn't have much to do with ping really.
A 4G modem is basically just a cellphone. Also if 4g is really popular in your era, it's a very crowded signal and thus you're fighting for signal strength with others.

My previous and the new connection are both wireless.

It's probably congestion, like James said. Cell towers are simple systems; they can only pass through one packet at a time, and while they do it quite fast, the sheer number of devices using the system these days bogs things down just like the freeways get bogged down at rush hour despite being designed to handle far more cars at once than your average surface street.
