Better RGB case and radiator fans

I am stressing about this one for some time now.
These are the choices:
4x HD120 rgb fans
4x LL120 rgb fans
(3 mounted on front + radiator and 1 exhaust)

I need help on choosing which one is better and do i need to get a commander pro to accomodate the fans.

Case: Corsair 570x
Processor: i5 8600k
GPU: Asus Strix GTX1080

U can go with 6 rgb fans.
Get 2 HD 140 rgb for a H115i and use the HD 140 with the stock fans for push pull. Have the HD 140 in the inside to Illuminate the inside of the case.
Get 3 LL 140/120 in the front and 1 in the back.
I feel the HD 140 is the better choice here for rad fans than the LL series.
U can even have 2 led strip to connect to the commander pro.
