[SOLVED] Better to Cycle Battery or Leave Plugged In?

I've been almost exclusively using my MBP with a dock hooked up to dual monitors. Not sure if I should leave it plugged into power when it hits 100% or if I should unplug it and let the battery cycle once it fully charges. What's the best thing for battery health? TIA

i believe the general rule is to let it discharge periodically. no harm in leaving it plugged in while gaming but unplug it here and there and surf the web or watch some netflix on the battery to run it down.

should give you a bit more battery life though it will still deteriorate over time like any battery.
