Which Ryzen 3? I'm assuming one of the APU's since there's no discrete graphics.
Either way, it kind of depends a bit on what you're doing.
For gaming, I'd take the athlon with the 1050ti. The GPU in the 1050ti outdoes the APU's built in graphics by miles.
Productivity, I'd use the Ryzen 3. More cores (and more threads in the case of 2400G) at higher clock speeds will do much better.
