Whenever i play battlefield 1 it has massive frame drops and the game will stutter it seems like no matter what settings i change i cannot find a fix for the issue. The game will go anywhere from 60fps to 32fps V-sync seems to keep the stuttering to a minimum however it is still an issue i am running the game on nvidia recommended setting which i have posted in the screenshots below i have also updated the drives and nothing seems to have changed.

Solution
Try going to power options and changing it from Balanced to High Performance

Also in Nvidia control panel go to manage 3d settings and change it to prefer maximum performance in the power option
The frame drops are constant almost like i cant run the game however as you can see from my specs i should have no problem. Also i play on a Hardrive however i have my OS on an SSD

Solution
Run a virus scan id recommend avg

If the problem proceeds install Msi afterburner play for a bit as it runs in the background and post a picture of the graphs

I did the same thing with same results, went from 4690K to 4790K; until I played in DX12 last night. Was dropping below 60fps on some areas of a map, except CPU and GPU usage were both below 90%.

Battlefield 1 doesn't run well in DX12. Be sure you are running in DX11.
