Bf3 low gpu usage 7970

Hello when i play bf3 my gpu is only on about 50% usage all the time sometimes jump to 70%.
i have a fx-4100 i know it bottlenecks my 7970 a little but i have it overclocked to 4,2 ghz and my cpu usage is about 88% all the time too i run bf 3 on ultra without AA no vsync on single 1080p monitor.

cpu: amd fx-4100 OC 4,2 ghz
mobo: asus m5a99x evo
ram: kingston 16gb 1333 mhz 4x4 gb sticks
gpu: Gigabyte radeon HD 7970 oc 1000 mhz
storage: 120 gb ssd 60x2 ocz and 1tb normal hdd
cooler: antec kuhler 620
case: fractal design core 3000
psu: 730w thermaltake SP-730AH2NH
