bf4 lag problem (even on 50fps)

hi here is my rig:
i5-4670k 3.4ghz
sapphire r9 270
corsair 8gb 1600 mhz
good monitor 1ms
i cant play game on medium high and ultra (even 50-60 fps) i see some lags and cant enjoy...but when i try low settings with v-sync i dont see any lag.... field of view 76....windowed screen ....ping70-90... 12 mbps internet
what is my problem? AMD drivers? Bf4? r9 270?or?
i dont get any lag on grid left 4 dead 2

You left out an important detail, the monitors resolution. What resolution are you trying to game on with that card?

That card is low tier in terms of GPU's. It's only got 2gb of VRAM too, which limits you severely. Of course you get good fps on L4D its a very old game that is not demanding. BF4 is current and very demanding on the GPU. You need to upgrade your video card or lower your game settings/resolution in BF4.

1) Do you Overclock your GPU?
2) You using any overlay program like dxtory, fraps, etc.?
3) You can try to "Repair game" on right clicking BF4, tho it might not help but trying does not hurt right?

and have you tried restarting your laptop/desktop?

i didnt overlocked my gpu... sometimes using fraps for show FPS ..i repaired game after patch... this problem appeared after patch

Hmm that's weird, did you mess with anything after the patch? Like maybe you change some setting for the GPU's control panel, etc.
and have you tried turning the V-sync off?

Your card isn't that good man, you expect too much of it. BF4 not even maxed at 1080p cant even average 60 fps in BF4:

Upgrade your card, and if you want more accurate FPS put: perfoverlay.drawfps 1 in the console.

Did you try and un-park your CPU cores? That seems to work sometimes.

Do you have origin in game on? If you do try disabling it it causes huge lag spikes since the last update. Also are you using mantle or direct x?

i tried 1280x800 1366x768 but still laggy and tried servers... i get smoo gameplay on low settings even field of view 120.... is it time for change gpu? but i dont kniw about gtx 970 if i get huge fps drops i dont know

Solved.... disable origin in game....play full screen vsync off and enable triplebuffering...now I get min 45 fps on ultra and smooth game
