BF4 on Ultra - My PC should be able to do this!

Im wondering if i have something set up wrong after ive struggled to run BF4 on Ultra. I get these tiny freezes/stutters every few seconds when i put BF4 video settings on ultra. This is on the test range so its not an internet/server issue. Im wondering if maybe i need to change my pc settings, maybe my cpu or gpu is being capped somehow?

i7 4770k @3.5GHz
Evga GTX770 2GB (the card says overclocked)
16GB RAM

Apparently there is a lot of issue with Win7 performance on BF4. Users who are running WIn8 are experiencing much better consistency and frames with BF4 on Win8. Haven't made the switch myself yet, but I am about to.

Its a common issue with battlefield 4. DICE is working on a patch that should hopefully address this issue

After more research my issue seems to be low FPS or FPS all over the place. So my rig should be fine for ultra?

Ok, just wanted to be sure my rig was good enough to run bf4 on ultra.

Your rig is definitely good enough, but people are reporting 20fps extra with Win8.1 on BF4......

Yeah i just made this a few months ago. Shouldve picked up windows 8 when it was $15 =/
