When I play in BF4 I keep getting 30-40fps, 50-60 ping, resolution 1280x768, all settings low or off, mesh and texture high. I have my own USER.CFG and PROFSAVE_profile.

What else can I do to get more, stable FPS ?

My set :
Samsung SERIES 3 (NP350E7C-S09PL)
Microsoft Windows 10 Home 64-bit
i7-3630QM (2.4 GHz, 3.4 GHz Turbo, 6 MB Cache)

Solution
Turn down your mesh quality, terrain quality & terrain decoration to low (if you haven't changed it), and your texture quality to medium. Also turning down your resolution is the fix that gives you more FPS, it could give you 15-30 more FPS. In 1600x900, i got 75fps in BF4, but in 1280x720, i got 110.
