BF4 worth it?

I already have BF3 and i play multiplayer. is it realy worth it to buy BF4? ANd will my PC can atleast play Multiplayer above 30 fps?

CPU: I3 2120
GPU: GTX 660 2 GB
RAM: 8 GB

My friend runs 660 on ultra at 40+FPS. With an i3 dual core I believe you will be able to run high in Battlefield 4.
