-Double check and make sure your 20/24 pin main connector is securely in. In fact take it back out and put it in firmly and tightly. Also double check all your other connections.
-Try another PSU and see if its not a PSU defect.
-Remove the entire setup outside the case to rule out a short.
-Remove the reset LED from the mobo to rule out a defect reset button.
-Perhaps even do the same thing with the PWR led from the mobo to rule out a defect power button. Google search how to turn on a computer without that.
-If none of the above works than try and do a process of elimination by removing every single essential component and only leave in the bare essentials to rule out a defective motherboard.
I already solved it, looked on google, and found an answer it was the motherboards battery going all crazy. I solved it by removing the motherboard battery's for like 10 to 15 minutes, to clear the cmos. thanks for you answer
