BIG PROBLEM (2 me)

I can't reach component services because of missing snapin's. The services needed to connect to lan and wlans can't be started. What on earth do I do

Start at the begining. What are you trying to do and why? What is the system background, new build, you tyring to fix some issue, what is going on with some details? What are the exact error messages?
