Hello, I recently built a new pc. The specs are these:

CPU: Ryzen 5 1600
GPU: Asus Rog Strix GTX 1070
RAM: 16GB
OS:Windows 10
Case: NZXT Source 340
Motherboard: AB350 Gaming

I have a big problem thought. Sometimes I will get a no signal to monitor message. If I power up the PC the fans, motherboard leds, gpu leds, psu leds/fan etc will work but I will receive a no signal to monitor. Other times, the white led at the power button at the case wont power up and as a result I am not able to hold the power button to close the pc. But other times for example this morning the pc would power up normaly with no problems. If i pull out the cmos battery the pc will boot up without a problem. As a result I believe there is a problem with my motherboard/cmos battery.

what do you believe is the problem? I have ruled out the gpu as I can play games like ARMA 3,PUGB at ultra without a problem and the psu. I dont believe there is a problem with the hard drives, cpu and ssd. Please help!
