Big Problem

Hi! I have the ABIT VH6(supports AGP4x) and a chronos VGA card GeForce 2MX(supports AGP4x). The problem is that the card running under AGP2x. Can someone give me an answer?? I also have CEL566Mhz a sounblaster live player and a tv-tuner card Winfast2000. I have done everything right but the problem persists.
