Big Purple line on my Monitor

recently when i start up my PC there is this big purple line that goes across my screen i can get rid of it by restarting my PC. It never appears while i am using it like for gaming,etc. It only appears when i try to start up my PC

What connections are you using? Could be the resolution your bios/uefi?
