You know if you mention *that site* you move up the FBI watch list... 😀

First rule of *that site* is, you do not talk about *that site*
Second rule of *that site* is, YOU DO NOT TALK ABOUT THAT SITE

[citation][nom]Belardo[/nom]What is that site?[/citation]
It's a place to get unlimited access to PORN and DRUGS!!! The term "social networking" is nothing more than a new term for prostitution and drug trafficking. Bill's "friends" were more than he could handle. 😛

[citation][nom]redgarl[/nom]Facebook is more a professional tool for job contacts and... finding new peoples to... anyway...[/citation]

Ehh...It's more or less a closet full of garbage servers to offer pretty cheap tricks and features for people while adverting at the same time to make some cash money. After I quit myspace some years ago I never even bothered wasting time on facebook(which was new at the time). I'd rather do something more fun/interesting, like watch rocks grow, or sleep. To each their own I guess.

+1

i hate facebook almost as much as i hate myspace and twitter. i wish stupid teenagers had never discovered that you can use the internet to satiate narcissism and seek attention.

Even monopoly man Bill Gates can see Facebook is getting out of control.

The Washington Post just asked me if I wanted to sign in with a Facebook account!

Thats why myspace is failing. Ad after Ad after friend request after local band request after ad after ad... screw that, Humans are already starting to revolt against our monetary slavery aka JOBS

I like the way you think; I'm planning on and working towards retiring within the next 2 years (I'm 25 now). No way in hell am I gonna be a wage-slave for 50 years only to end up broke due to financial ignorance.

Kids today know this too. That's why governments are throwing up all sorts of band-aids to try to get kids to stay in school. If school worked, I would've taken it more seriously, but when I found out over half the millionaires in the world never finished high school...

Anyway, sorry for getting WAY off topic guys.

lol!

Funny article! At least more funny then the pie that got thrown in his face in front of the media.

And sorry for keeping this off topic, but I'm very curious what it is that you and all these kids know that I don't. I guess they don't teach in schools the skill you have that is going to allow you to retire before 30. It's a skill I don't have. I also doubt it's a skill that is found in nature (something we are all born with) - otherwise the world would be full of 25-year-old retired millionaires.

Please share your method for success with the rest of us educated working chumps (or ecuatated unemployed chumps).

Financial survival: education-->job-->Income capped by others

Financial Freedom: dream x income vehicle x work = success

Know WHY you want what you want before you find out how to get it. The dream is the most important aspect of it because without it, you won't survive the rough patches on your way to financial independence.

There's lots of how-to's; network marketing, real estate, franchises... If you don't know where to start, read Rich Dad, Poor Dad and Cashflow Quadrant by Robert Kiyosaki so that you get the fundamentals of money down and also so that you know how the rich get rich and keep getting richer. If you do nothing else, read these two books.

You will also have to take risks and delve into foreign territory (re the school of hard knocks). I can guarantee you will lose (as I often do), and if you let it it can stop you from achieving your goals. Hence why the dream is so important. So the advice here is: never never never never never NEVER quit on your dream.

Find someone who you admire and can possibly use as a "mentor" (ie Donald Trump for real estate, Richard Branson for business, etc). They've written books about themselves so getting info on how they think for the price of a good meal is damn good value (these are people who charge in the thousands of dollars per hour bracket for their time...).

Lastly, wealth isn't money and things, it's a mindset. If you want a different type and level of income, you'll have to think differently, and that might rub some people up the wrong way. That's their problem though. That they would place their opinions above your dreams means you should probably limit the amount of time you spend with them.

Hope I helped

Oh, and I use sports betting and network marketing :)
