Bin files in SD card

Hi.How are you?help me please. i have a pq1 32Gb micro SD card and when i inserted it to inter phone (door phone, a digital door bell that has a DVR system to record video and support SD card slot as a storage) the SD card had lots of information and when the SD card inserted into this device, the information disappeared and now it has new files that their format is ".Bin" How can i recover my files? I try 2 software and they can somehow recover them but i want to find a solution to recover my information.

I am confused. If you tried 2 software and they could recover your files, why did you not recover them?
