Bios crashes about a second upon starting? How could I fix this?

I have a question that I hope may be answered.

When trying to open up my BIOS for the first time, it crashed as the beep was starting leaving me with the beep never ending. I can tell it crashed by the sound being stuck on loop, and the system time freezing. As a result I can't do anything in BIOS at all.

Could anyone possibly help me? I would greatly appreciate it!
