Yes...could be the overclock as well.When i will change this battery all setup in bios will be deleting?
That board is not really old enough to need a new battery but you can try it.
Most boards will reset itself because of a unstable overclock. 1.38 volts is high just for 4.6.

That would be my first thought unstable memory that's why I specifically asked about the memory.

Memory can fail on a cold boot but run fine after it warms up a bit.

I would add the 0.02 volts or either try it at 3000 with the same timings and voltage as you had it at 3200.
