Hello everyone, i will summarise everything to save the time of those who will read this.

I have a ASUS X541UAK and i bought a Samsung Evo 860 V-Nand SSD 500go wich use SATA, and i bought 8gb of Crucial RAM DDR4.

I teared down almost everything to add the RAM, succesfully. But i unwillingly unpluged the SATA band connected to the motherboard,

Installed the SSD. And reconnected the SATA band.

After the first try the ssd wasn't detected in the bios so i updated the bios, still can't read it.

I tried to put the original hdd of the labtop, can't read it.

You can see in the attached pictures wich band i'm talking about.

Thank you all.

I booted Fedora with a live USB Drive, and Fedora do can read the SSD.

I formated it in NTFS, reboot, launched a Windows Live USB drive. At first the Windows installer was recognising the SSD but failed to start the installation on it. After 3 attempts it started.

Finally, I installed Windows 10, and shutted down the PC After all of this.

This morning the problem comes back... the SSD do not appears on the BIOS but appears in Fedora.
I can even explore files and the Windows files are there.
The partition is still in NTFS but there are some other little partitions wich, i think, have been created by the Windows installation.

So even after a lot of reboots i can't launch Windows and the SSD isn't there in the bios ..
