my problem is I already have an ssd with windows 7 installed I got a new pc and it has Hewlett bios ( uefi ) and boot windows 10 from intel optane ;;; what should I do to remove windows 10 and boot from ssd win7 if possible without formatting my ssd with a clean win 7 install or will this not affect the fact that the bios will not detect the ssd

Install clean windows 7 on your new pc.

Windows 7 from your old pc is not easily transferable.
You'll get several problems, if you try to use windows 7 from your old pc:
boot mode compatibility (system fails to boot),
driver incompatibilities (crashes, bsods, impaired performance),
windows activation broken and unfixable.
So if you absolutely want windows 7 on your new pc, then do clean install.
