Bios doesnt detect ssd

I bought a new ssd and installed it, and now i cant boot windows anymore, because bios does not detect the old SSD which has windows in it. The new one is a m.2 and old one is a regular old ssd. I dont know alot about pcs and stuff so i hope you guys can help me

Connect your old ssd to a different sata port.
M.2 drive might have disabled sata port, where your old SSD is currently connected.

Anyway - read manual of your motherboard. It has all the info about, what devices can be used together.

likely the cause of the M.2 and SATA drives not being recognized is because M.2 drives and SATA 0 port are shared.
move your SATA SSD to STATA Port 3 for example

this should be mentioned in your user manual of your motherboard.

Ok i got excited too fast.. Now bios detects it but windows doesnt.. any ideas?

you looked in the device manager they do not show ?

I checked and it shows it on device manager.. But i cant find it anywhere.. Cant use it

What do you intend to do with your new M.2 SSD? Install windows? Use it as game library drive? Or something else?

Can you show screenshot from Disk Management?
Most likely you have to create partition(s) and format them before new SSD becomes usable.

Yeah i created partition and formated and now i can see it on explorer.. Ty guys
