Hello.

I've had this strange problem with my laptop for the past week, after formatting my hard drives and reinstalling windows.

The laptop is now EXTREMELY slow, and when i boot into bios it asks for an admin password (which i figured out was 12345 by default) and then when i get into bios, everything is pretty much grayed out and non interactive.

I've formatted my computers many times before this and never had a problem like it, so i hope you all can help me.

Thanks in advance!

if bios was broken, the device wouldn't boot... it might be all hidden.

what make/model laptop as that will help find answer

did you make sure you had newest drivers after reinstall as that could explain slowness as well.
It's an MSI gaming laptop i've got no idea where to find the model it's from 2018 and i bought it used. Also all the drivers are up to date except for the gpu drivers since i cant find any on nvidia that works for the laptop.

EDIT: "GV62 8RC" seems to be the model number

I've recorded a video so you can see what i've got available in BIOS
