Bios Dram Freq question

System: Present system: Epox 8K3A+
was: Award 6.00PG 8/15/02 bios
Microsoft XP home 5.1.2600, all updates incl SP1
AMD 2.1+, DDR-SDRAM 2x256 PC2700 Mushkin 990864
I put in a new bios: Award 6.00 PG, 9/16/03, and changed all of the
settings to those before the change.
One suprise: In the Cmos setup Utility page on the bios, the current
Dram freq was 166Mhz, now it is reading 133Mhz. Is this an anomoly?
The other settings on the page:

After a couple of reboots, I rechecked the Dram Freq: it was at 166.
all is well, have a nice day.
