BIOS Event Log...What does this mean?

I recently bought and installed a "new" CPU (i5-2500 open box sale) and am curious if the Event Log information I'm seeing in the BIOS provides a history of the CPU; how and if it was previously installed, used, etc.
This is the first time I've ever viewed an Event Log, so I don't know what the information really means. I have done some Googling, but the results thus far have been all over the place. Here's the Event Log information:

CMOS Battery Failure (2) 1/ 1/2010 0: 0: 0
CMOS Checksum Error (2) 1/ 1/2010 0: 0: 0
CMOS Time Not Set (2) 1/ 1/2010 0: 0: 0
Memory Size Decrease (6) 8/20/2013 9:42: 4
Chassis Intrusion (1) 11/28/2012 3:30:57

Just curious if this information is normal or a cause for concern?
Thank you

Solution
Just replace the CMOS battery with a new one, on your MB. I think its dead.

And disable the Chassis Intrusion option in BIOS, if you haven't done it yet.

That is a new battery as of one month ago. I will disable Chassis Intrusion. Can I pop the CMOS battery out and reinstall to clear event log?

Are you not getting messages when booting, like CHECKSUM BAD Press F1 to continue/setup or Improper DATE/TIME or CMOS Battery Failure, if so the battery is dead. If not then you are fine with the battery.

And removing the CMOS will clear the BIOS, and will reset the BIOS to its factory settings, and not the event log.

Replaced CMOS battery and everything looks good. Thanks!
