BIOS flash help?

Hello all, I have recently been having trouble installing Windows on my new home-built PC, whenever I try to install, it says Windows needs to restart and when it restarts, Windows gets caught in an infinite boot loop. All signs point towards Motherboard and RAM compatibility issues, and I saw on another forum that someone had the same problem, and when they flashed their BIOS, it was all good. I am worried about stuffing it up, and I was wanting to know what the chance of stuffing up would be, and if i should flash my BIOS. Thanks for your time

Oh, and my motherboard is a GIGABYTE GA-H81M-S2PH.

I appreciate your response, but I already know how to, I was just wandering what the risks are and if I should flash my BIOS or not.

well if it fails you brick your motherboard.
