Hey guys i own a Computer of build:
FX-6300
8GB DDR3 RAM[4X2]
GIGABYTE 970A-DSP3
ANTEC 550W
GTX 650TI 2GB DDR5

So, i was using VS650 before buying the antec one, now the problem is my bios is freezing and my system doesn't get post bios.

i am trying to install windows on my HDD, Whenever i press the F12 key to select the boot device, it enters the boot menu and then within 5 seconds the keyboard doesn't work so i am unable to proceed further.

I have tried resetting the bios via cmos jumper, tried taking out the cmos and setting it back again.
Also tried unplugging all the devices like dvd writer, usb ,etc.

Tried different keyboards as well both ps2 and usb.

My board doesn't have an onboard display so i can't update my bios.

I believe the RAM is your problem.

1) Single modules may not be compatible when combined.
2) 1333 is a very slow speed for FX CPUs.
3) some reviews list memory as defective.

AMD FX CPUs support 1866MHz memory speed with one DIMM per channel.

I suggest you use matched pair in a single kit.
Kingston FURY Memory - 8GB Kit* (2x4GB) - DDR3 1866MHz CL10 DIMM

Just tested the RAM on a different motherboard, its fine.

When you combine two 1333 MHz modules sold as singles, they may not be able to run at 1333MHz. You might try running one.

1333MHz is a very slow speed for FX CPUs. If two will only run at 1066MHz then they might not work with an FX CPU. AMD FX CPUs support 1866MHz memory speed with one DIMM per channel. That is a dual channel motherboard.

IT WAS THE GPU WHICH WAS FAULTY.

Hello, please let me know what you did for resolving the issue. I have the same configuration of the system and the same issue with BIOS freeze. You said it is because of the GPU. What should i do ? Thank you !
