Question Bios freezes after ram frequency change.

Hey, my ram is 3000mhz and its stuck on 1467mhz and when xmp is enabled both profiles show different frequencys and I want to manually put my own frequency of 3000mhz to both rams and I go to save "exit" and press ONCE on save and restart and it freezes and only reboot helps. Both rams are the same and (2x8). What can I do, maybe reset my cmos battery?

My motherboard is b450m pro-m2 and my ram is g.skill 3000mhz
