Question BIOS is not loading but theres an underscore in my scren

I have changed ram, hdd, ssd slots, tried to boot w/o the cmos battery, tried removing it for a couple of minutes and putting it back on, but still all the same. I do think that the problem is on the power button thing, since the USB plug of it has been cut off. Sometimes, it opens even though it still has the wire cut off. the keyboard and the mouse also doesnt light up

Yes, this worked last night fine. This happens when I restart my system then it wont open anymore, I'll have to wait for some time before itll turn on though its not a guarantee that itll turn on

Oh, and btw its not blinking or anything thhe underscore

This could be as simple as a bad PSU. Try this the next time the problem occurs, remove the power cable from the PSU (or flip the toggle switch from ON to OFF and then back to ON). Try powering on.

This is a sort of PSU "reset". If this works, your PSU may need replacing.
