Question BIOS Loop after installing new RAM, please help

I'm having the same problem as busketdude
Pc is stuck in a BIOS loop after installing new RAM I have tried removing the new RAM, there was no change, all the components show up in the BIOS, yet no startup, I have tried rebooting the pc, I have tried restoring default BIOS settings, I have tried changing settings, I have no clue what to do, please help. my specs are
CPU :I5 12600k
MOTHERBOARD : PRO Z690 - A ddr4
Kingston hyperX predator 8gb ddr4 x2, 3200MHz(Old RAM)
Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 8gb x2, 3600MHz (New RAM)
RTX 3070ti
SSD(OS): KINGSTON SV300 240GB
HDD: ST250DM000-1BD 250GB
HDD: WDC WD40EZAZ-0 4TB

does the bios see the boot ssd?
unplug the hdd.
