Question BIOS not opening with F2 key. Stuck on ACER logo.

Basically the question. When I try opening the BIOS with the F2 key, it freezes on the ACER Logo. Can't enter BIOS!!

Laptop:- ACER TravelMate P214-52
OS:- Windows10 ; Linux (Pop_OS!)

If you're able to boot to OS GUI, can you check and see what BIOS version you're on? Using the serial number for your netbook, apply it here and see if you're pending updates for your netbook's motherboard BIOS. While you're on the OS GUI, can you use Keyboardtester to see if there any keys being depressed?

I checked the website for BIOS update, and there were none available. Also, all my keys are all working.
