[SOLVED] Bios not resetting to fix my pc

I have a ryzen 5 3600 and a b450 pro aorus motherboard and i oc my cpu to 4.4 and 1.4 which was kinda stupid and i have a black screen now. All my pc now does is just run at low fan speed not doing anything and showing anything. I also tried the 2 cmos reset methods and nothing helped. Pls help if u can

1. Hook reset switch up to jbat1.
2. Unplug or turn off PSU
3. Push power button to discharge the system completely
4. Push and hold reset button for a few seconds
5. Turn on or plug in PSU
6. Turn on computer

u can try even this last example i do with my mobo and reset bios...

Bios but when i used ryzen master it worked just fine
