Bios Not Saving "PoweR" Settings

My PC Bios Dont Save Automatically Restart After Power Failure Setting On "Last State" Or "Power On".
If I Change Date/Time It is Saved,But When I Change Power Settings->Save And Exit.
It Doesn't Change.
Any Idea What it Is?
I want my PC to Restart After Power Failure.
My PC's Board is "Intel DG31PR"

Automatically Restart After Power Failure only works in conjunction with a UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply). If it's connected directly to a mains wall socket like most computers, that setting can't be used because it doesn't apply to your power setup.

my bro got a pc dell smthing. its also connected to wall socket but it restarts after power failure
