BIOS not seeing SSD on RAID Sata setting

SPECS:
Proc: A10 5800K Black Edition 3.8GHz
Motherboard:GA-F2A85X-UP4 Socket FM2 ATX
HD: Corsair 120G SSD

So had this all working, with a 4TB raid with 2 Toshiba 7200 rpm drives.

Wanted to start from scratch.

BIOS set to RAID, it does not recognize SSD. Return to AHCI, everything works, can install windows 8 pro 64 with proper raid driver from gigabyte.

Go back to resetup raid drives, switch SATA ports from ahci to raid, and bios doesnt recognize SSD.

Any suggestions?

For win8 the way you setup don't work, if you have the win7 then it works fine. I try this on my PC.
