Bios not showing after boot

I have Dell Vostro 3450, when i turned on, the screen just go black, the fan is spinning fast, no bios screen. Can i get some help ?

I'm also new here but it seems like there's NO POST/NO SIGNAL, ( same problem as me ) try everything on this list it worked for a lot of people (not for me sadly 🙁 ).

when the laptop is in an off state. press the key combination Fn + power button, this should automatically trigger the inbuilt diagnostics and if there is an issue with your laptop, the diagnosis will give you beep sounds with an error message. Call up dell Tech support with the error code and they should be able to help you out
