Question Bios problem now asking for password

Hi I need help big time don't know what to do
Basically I made myself a gaming rig few months ago and few days ago my bios reset itself so it says press f1 to recover bios settings then it asks me for a password which I didn't put on I've tried removing the battery leaving it out for a while so it hopefully resets bios but it doesn't I've replaced battery but doesn't do nothing I've spoke to the manufacturer but they say there isn't no passwords on the mobo I've looked on the manual how to reset bios, Google, YouTube everywhere spoke to loads of people about the problem but no one is able to help me it says it has a ctrl or what ever its called on the board but I can't find it someone help me

Vega 8 integrated graphics
500wat psu
